These works combine Roy Adkins’ photography with found object, painting, drawing and traditional crafts. Several of these works begin with photos printed on canvas, with these pieces of canvas serving as the jumping off point for the work. Techniques utilized include hand sewing, gesture drawings, oil varnishes and more.
